A Day that will iLOOMinate, Inspire & Empower you on your physical & mental wellness journey.
The Wellness Day is a celebration of May Awareness for Lupus, Fibromyalgia and Mental Health. We will have Empowerment, Health Education and Wellness breakout sessions for patients, caregivers and loved ones that will teach skills needed to actively participate in healthy coping strategies. These sessions will be engaging and interactive in English and Spanish.

In celebration of May Awareness for Lupus, Fibromyalgia and Mental Health we are organizing a full day event committed to health and wellness for patients, caregivers, and loved ones.
We will have Empowerment and Education breakout sessions that will teach skills needed to actively participate in healthy coping strategies. These sessions will be engaging and interactive in English and Spanish.

En honor de la concientización de lupus, fibromialgia y la salud mental en el mes de Mayo, estamos organizando un evento de día completo comprometido con la salud y el bienestar de pacientes, cuidadores y seres queridos. Tendremos sesiones de empoderamiento y educación que enseñarán las habilidades necesarias para participar activamente en estrategias de afrontamiento saludables.
